Setting:
Located in the multipurpose Village at Waugh Chapel, the VCCC overlooks attractive lakes and illuminated fountains, a peaceful and beautiful setting for any event.
Meeting Spaces:
The Center comprises a main, carpeted meeting space of 10,000 sq/ft, with a 300 sq/ft wooden dance floor. Also available is a well-appointed "Board Room" suitable for meetings of up to 25 participants, with conference room table seating for 12.
Available Resources:
The center has 23 tables and 130 chairs, as well as an overhead projector, podium and speakers, and a TV for showing videos. Several companies in the vicinity provide rental tables and chairs if more are needed.
A kitchen area is available to renters of the main space, suitable for heating/arranging premade or catered foods and beverage preparation. Included are sink, microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, and two coffee pots (12 and 40 cups).
