NOTES:

  1. Hourly rates for Fridays (after 5 pm), Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays are twice the rates listed above for the Main Room or Part.

  2. Rental times:

      • --Minimum rental time is 4 hours;
      • --No activities before 7 a.m.;
      • --No activities after 11p.m. on Sunday through Thursday;
      • --If food and drink is being served, $5.00 fee per disbursement table will be deducted from your deposit.
      • --Facility must be vacated by 1:00 a.m.
      • --Music must be stopped by midnight (12:00 a.m.)

  3. Rental time is to include set-up and clean-up time before and after event.

  4. Long - term users are entitled to a discount of 10% for 10 to 20 events per year and 20% for more than 20 events per year.

  5. A non-refundable security deposit is required to guarantee a date and time. Such deposit will be applied against the total rental amount. See "Terms and Conditions" for required amounts.

  6. A $250 damage deposit is required for all events, refundable within 45 business days of your  event if no damage is incurred, time is not exceeded, or range of attendees is not exceeded. Deposits can be waived by the VCCC Board at their discretion.

  7. The maximum rate for the main room is $800 for 4 hours and $175 for each additional hour.

  8. The uses and activities permitted in the Center and cancellation policy are defined in the Lease Agreement.

  9. These rental rates include reasonable maintenance of the facility and use of tables and chairs by the lessee, but do not include their mandatory set-up/ building operations fee. 

  10. Audio Equipment is availabe for rental - two speakers with microphone for $25/hour, additional speakers and microphones may be added for an addtional $10/hour.
